Step 1.
Get a copy of the License Agreement.

Or, you may request that a copy be sent to you via regular mail or email (see our contact info below).
Step 2.
Replace the red fields in the License Agreement with your data. (Please contact us regarding any questions.)
Step 3.
Send us the completed the License Agreement and make payment.

You may send the License Agreement either by eMail or regular mail (See addresses below).

The current subscription rate is listed at the end of our License Agreement (See www.indexarb.com/IndexArbLicense-Agreement.html ).
You can make payment either by credit card (please telephone us) or by mailing a check.
Step 4.
Upon receipt, we will inform you about your log-in ID and password.
